We had a wonderful stay. The room was great with amazing views of the river and the lake. It was very clean, the bed was comfy. The staff were great and saw to our every need. It is located in the best part of town. We could walk to almost everything from the hotel. The Palm restaurant located inside, had great service and food! We had such a great time! Can’t wait to come back!

the room was OK and the view was decent, the location was perfect for the event we were in town for. only took 10 minuets to get there from the hotel.

well first the bathroom was not completely clean and there was dust every where and not to mention we found a roach in our room crawling on the bed. and the fact that there was 34 floors and they put us on the 5th was almost insulting.

Amazing location, great access to a lot of places. We got a room with a great view. Comfortable beds.

Although we were a family of 4, they only provided 2 bath towels. Also, for the price we paid, I was expecting more toiletries and better TV channels.
