Great proximity to public transportation

While I didn’t think this was a requirement, I asked if I could borrow a phone charger and they said there were none. So as a single woman had to walk to the circle K at 11pm at night alone downtown.
I also wish I could have used the daily credit on a breakfast instead of the bar or cookies.

Excellent location - near to CTA train stations, theaters, Chicago River Walk... Room is large and spacious. Staff is friendly and courteous.

No coffee maker in the room. We didn't have room service for one day.
