Very noisy housekeeping staff in the early morning. People are sleeping. I'm so disappointed because they charged me a different amount than what I had booked, I called them several times to figure it out and understand the charges but they just told me on the phone "I cannot hear you" and then just hang up.

The theme was cool and interesting. Mostly clean . Is in good area.
Negatives:
Very small weird layout for the room we received. Found previous stayers orange juice ice cube tray in freezer and couch had crumbs. Pretty pricy for what you get.

The first deck clerk was VERY rude while I was asking a question. I had to adenosine a handicap shower chair. I received a serving charge for almost $450 that wasn't authorized by me, which caused 3 overdraft fees of $30 each. The room was difficult to navigate for someone in a wheelchair and using a walker. The bar was right down the hall from our room, so it was loud until about 1 AM..
