Negatives: They refused to provide my folio upon departure since I disputed their late check out charge. Their front desk supervisor refused to provide it stating they will contact me with a decision once she discussed with her manager. 3 weeks later, no response.

Positives: The location and staff were wonderful. Very kind and walking distance to everything.
Negatives: As other reviewers have stated, the hotel is very dated. Very very small rooms (think 12Â'x15Â'). For the price, it is a steal because of the location, but definitely needs renovation.

Negatives: The night attendant for the front desk on Wednesday night flat out ignored us. My girlfriend came down at 1AM needing an extra pillow and waited for a solid 5 minutes for anybody to come to the desk. When we said "hello" she sighed and turned the TV up.

Negatives: Difficult to regulate room temperature - either too warm or too cold. Temperature in restaurant was cold - people eating with coats on. Staff forgot to give us our wake up call.
