Positives: Facilities are top notch, it’s like living in your own luxury condo. All great luxury materials and appliances. Fitness center was also great, and views were spectacular. They create an experience that you don’t even know you want. They cleaned my bathroom - and then arranged my toiletries. I had a book out I was reading so they left a Trump bookmark on top of the book. Little things that seem inconsequential but create a memorable experience, and a loyal customer.

Negatives: I call the front desk shortly after checking in to inquire about transportation to an event that I was attending. I was transferred to the concierge who didn’t answer the phone, then transferred back to the operator who took a message and said they would get back with me. I did not receive a call back in response to my message. When I went to the front desk to ask about transportation, I was informed that. I was informed that the hotel only offers rides on Friday and Saturday.
