Location is unbeatable. The bed is comfortable and check-in and check-out process are quite simple. The bed is also nice and firm and the water pressure in the shower is good.
Negatives:
Internet connection could get a little unstable during the day and if you need to work, I'd recommend going to a coffee shop. The morning luggage staff seemed very annoyed by my request to store (maybe he was having a bad morning), but the afternoon luggage staff was very pleasant and professional.

I arrived the next morning after my check in because of my plane schedule and they were so understandable. I did mi check in but also I asked for late check out because Chicago was just one stop to my other destination and the staff were so gracious about this.
