Positives: The central location. The hotel is cost effective-as it is clean, historical, central and yet well priced. It is quite a landmark and feels like a 'grande dame' of Chicago. Close to good eating establishments and also to the Northwestern university which is where I needed to be! Very convenient!

Negatives: Wifi: At first I got a charge to my room but when I raised it, this was reversed. The promo materials say free wifi. It is slower than I expected. At check in, someone should explain the wifi options.
