Negatives: Hotel needs to be downgraded from its current star level. Quick list of complaints: No food, water, coffee of any kind in entire building. The bathroom was so small you have to stand in the shower to open the door to get out. Valet never answered phone.

Positives: The location was perfect. The room small, but very nice. Excellent bathroom.
Negatives: No restaurant, no room service, no coffee, no maid service. I understand that is due to Covid but most hotels in the area had services. The was no excuse for Â' the concierge told us to go across the street to another hotel to call a cab. Really?

Negatives: No space to pull up our car to unload our bags, there are just 2-3 spots in front of the hotel, and traffic was awful. Bad situation. No luggage cart. Lobby is on 2nd floor. Line to check-in was a 20-minute wait.

Positives: Good location. Front desk will give 2 water bottles of water per room if you ask at the front desk. Housekeeping will deliver sheets and towels if you call and ask.
Negatives: No housekeeping, no restaurant, $60 daily fee with $45 supposedly refunded after the stay for "resort fee" with no resort amenities. They have no problem reducing performance due to COVID but the "resort fee" remains unaffected. Wifi prohibits VPN use.

Negatives: Yes the check-in,they never serviced the room, they didnÂ't collect the trash we had to take it with us everyday and dispose of it. The ironing board was broken could not get a new one til the next day. We had to go find housekeeping to get new towels.

Positives: Nothing. Elevators didn't work half of the time, reception double charged me two days after we left, also never removed the $60 fee on the card for incidentals.
Negatives: All around a terrible experience. Still trying to get my money back after the hotel double charged me. Hotel reception was completely incapable of helping with anything as they were very inexperienced.
