Everything was good except the bellman staff and bag storage setup. Nice upgraded room.
Negatives:
Long wait for bellman services/bag storage. Need more staffing and bag storage space. At first he asked me to leave my bags sitting in the lobby, not in a secure room, since the storage space was “full.” When I complained, he somehow found space in the room for my bags.

The night greeter. They were always pleasant and made you feel welcome. It’s nice to see they always have a smile on their face.
Checkin check out was seamless. We arrived a little early and appreciated that we were able to go into the room earlier than checkin time.
Negatives:
Bed felt more like a fold out sofa bed.
Housecleaning was chatting with co-worker in front of the room for a period of time. Inconsistency with housekeeping and had to ask for amenities to be replenished.

The first and only thing the reception lady told me when I checked in wat that I needed to pay a 300 dollars security deposit, which was almost half of my budget for the trip. Some warning would've been nice.
