The bed was comfortable, and the proximity to St. Louis made Collinsville an idea town to stay in.
Negatives:
No hypoallergenic pillows were available for those with allergies to feather pillows, and there was mold on the ceiling of the shower and all throughout the bathroom. Absolutely not worth the price I paid for the room.

Our room was in a great location and on the first floor. I was traveling alone with my children and I was right by the back door (not a lot of traffic), right by the pool and by breakfast. Perfect room for a Mom with kids. Thank you for putting me in a room that was a perfect location.
Negatives:
Getting the water temperature in the tub sucked. Was either cold or super hot. I think the whole faucet needs to be replaced. And I woke up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and there were a bunch of ants on the bathroom floor. That was weird.

I liked almost everything about this Comfort Inn. I appreciated Anna who accommodated my arriving earlier than I had scheduled. Even after she made that adjustment, she was friendly and personable with every contact. I also need to mention the open area in the middle of the facility. It is used for breakfast in the morning. But it also available and used through the day. Plus they have a fireplace (fake fire) adjacent to the open breakfast area, where people sit and simply enjoy the fireside atmosphere.
Negatives:
I really have to think in order to come up with something I did not like. The main thing that comes to mind is the refrigerator. They really need to install refrigerators with a closed freezer compartment.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent. Room was okay/basic. Snacks and drinks

The elevator was broken and we received no compensation for the MAJOR inconvenience.. the room was fairly gross. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. To be exact it wasn’t even flushed. The bathroom was a little dirty all around. The room was okay. Lots of stains on the floor and curtains.
