Positives:
We loved the breakfast, cleanliness, friendly staff, and free drinks in the evening. We liked the option of happy hour snacks but didn't get to try it.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We were surprised to find out about the 530 to 7pm snacks and drinks.

The beds are not supportive or comfortable. Our room was close to the highway. We booked an accessible room and we didn’t get it. When asked at check in we were told the hotel was full and they couldn’t accommodate us even-though we booked it in January. I have trouble with mobility and need a lower bed, we did not get that. After complaining to the manager on check out we received a discount.
