Perfect
Positives:
The hotel was easy to find, located near lots of restaurants and not far from the places we were going. Also, the location was clean and maintained very well outside and inside. My daughter enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and coffee was even better. The shower worked great with ample hot water.
Also, after checking out the cleaning staff discovered we left behind a shirt and they called me to let me know. They held on to the shirt for me to pick up later in the day and the front desk manager was so friendly and helpful.

Fantastic Hospitality
Positives:
We had a pleasant stay, the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly. Loved the coffee and the breakfast was okay.
Negatives:
We arrived at 2pm, which based on the Bookings website was the check in time; however once we got to the hotel we had to wait an additional hour to check in.
