Positives: The staff were very friendly and helpful! We had to leave early and they were very understanding.

Negatives: There was a towel behind the door, toilet paper in the peep hole, the office chair was broken, stains on the couch, the door handle to the shower was also broken. It looked nothing like the photos. The ceiling had multiple stains on it.
