It was the only one available in the area.
Negatives:
The hotel was under active construction. Our room partially done. Very Loud over night. Dirty. Brown water out of shower. Throw up on exercise equipment. Breakfast had only waffles, dry cereal & 1 orange @7:15 . No decaf. Definitely not worth the $. Yuck.

The parking lot was brightly lit and the staff was friendly during the check in and check out process.
Negatives:
The pool and breakfast were "under maintenance" so neither was offered. While the sink and shower were wiped down, there was a ton hair from someone shaving on the frame in the mirror.

The property was under renovation! We did not know this before booking! However, the staff were exceptionally helpful!!! We hope the renovations will be completed soon!!

Room was nice and clean on the 4th floor. . Spacious, and had mini fridge, microwave and iron and iron board which I needed because it was a business trip.
Negatives:
Looks like it's under construction on the 1st floor. There was no breakfast served and pool not in use. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night but so I recommend to park where you can view your car at night.

Pool and restaurant non existent. Everything looked like it was falling apart. Rooms smelled bad and air conditioner barely put out air. TV was low quality and the remote didn't work. Holes in the walls were filled with what looked like spit balls and the beds had burn holes.

They told me i will get my money back when i check out but i havent got any money back till now its been a week since i checked out. I would like to have my money back
