Front counter never manned, management VERY unorganized, staff knocking on door when do not disturb sign on door. Staff could not provide receipt at time of checkout. Witnessed a customer complaining about staff just walking into their room around 11pm.

At the complementary breakfast my 2 year old was walking to us as we were trying to get his breakfast, upset that his hands needed washed. As I was getting ready to look for a sink he walks into the kitchen and tells the woman working in there about his hands. She proceeds to ask him if he needs his hands washed and pulls out a stool for him to wash his hands. She starts the water and gets paper towels ready for him. It was so sweet and caring!! We will stay again the next time we are through! Thank you so much for helping my little boy wash his hands, it’s the little things!
