Bed bugs with refusal to mediate situation

Friendly staff, spacious room and not tiny bathroom.

Oh yes. First room. Bed was broke. Had to ask for another room. They wasnt liking to have to do that but did. Pool was very dirty and had stuff at bottom on it. Hot tub was closed off and so dirty. Look like crap in bottom. would not recommend .

The juice machine did not work, some carpet was dirty, the whirlpool did not work, some breakfast food had run out

It was close to the mall and restaurants.

I did not like much. The pool was dirty and when asked the attendant if it could be, he responded they don't have anyone. It looked like there was dirt in the bottom, and no clorine had been added. The room had a musty smell, no tub stopper for bathtub.

Exterior bad, staff was rude had no answers. Sink was clogged, one whole side of lights outlets on wall did not work. Pool was disgusting. Breakfast sucked. I checked out got receipt had my name on it w/someone elses address and credit card info

Good price. I didn't stay.
Negatives:
Entrance in middle. Elevators at end of each wing. Long walk for any elder customer.
Got to room. Put stuff down and went straight out.
When i got back , i went to take a shower and tub was dirty. A black spot the size of a pea and the rest was dingy gray like dirty feet spots over.
So I left , not sure what other things were skipped.
Got half my money back. And went to another place.
