Positives:
My family and I stayed here for a night, and we loved the omelet bar and breakfast. We missed the timing for the free drink, and the bartender wouldn't let us use our coupon, but it would have been a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the size of the room. The water pressure was great. It was a quiet night, and we all slept well.
Negatives:
The room was definitely not stocked for a family of four. We had two washcloths and two big towels. The bodywash was also enough for one person. It was empty. Since we stayed one night, we just used the hand soap bar for the rest of our showers. The pool and hot tub were packed. We still went down, but there were a lot of people. The room took forever to get cool. It didn't seem like the thermostat was working properly.

The breakfast here is amazing! They even have an omelet bar. We also ordered room service, and that was exceptional as well. The room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Positives:
We've stayed here several times and it has always been clean, comfortable and staff friendly. I especially like the welcome reception and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen.
Negatives:
This visit there were noisy teenage parties and numerous rowdy kids taking over the pool area. Could not enjoy the pool or jacuzzi with the amount of kids and noise.

Well, it was a wedding there the day we checked in I requested a floor that wasn't near a family event and it's documented.
The music after 8 pm was so loud and it was rap music after 9 pm! Young Girls twerking and filming in the hallway we couldn't get to the elevators! People hanging over the balcony on every floor and dancing! I couldn't hear my TV due to the music! The pillows on the bed which I requested extra weren't there and all of your pillows are awful and so cheap! Myself and my husband had neck aches the next few days! The hallway had the same piece of paper on the floor by the elevator from Sat to Tuesday house cleaning was poor that weekend. I paid $442 and feel we didn't get our money's worth also it was cold in room 426 the Engineers had to come to fix the furnace change the filter and close a window it took a long time to warm up! They only had paper cups out for coffee on Sunday morning and people walked away in their socks and PJs where food was being served was disgusting.
