Positives:
The location was perfect for what we needed. The check in and check out process was very easy. There was a problem with our room at first and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to a different room right away. Overall, great value for what we paid on short notice. Free parking is always great to have.

There was a lingering smoke smell on the third floor.

Good deal for the hotel rating level. Everything worked. The thing I liked most was it was quiet. Also, when renewing a room for a subsequent day it takes only seconds you dont have to do any paperwork or run any credit cards.

Theres not an interior hallway, so you have to keep the drapes drapes for privacy as there are always folks walking by outside.
