Positives:
The patience your staff had with everyone that was in the front desk. Very helpful and understanding. They also answered every question I had. Love it.
Negatives:
I didnt like the fact that I requested a 2 queen bed for both of my rooms and I got a king bed and sofa bed for both of my rooms and no one said anything or why. But at that point there was no point to argue. I kept the rooms and my parents her happy with theirs.

Negatives:
The toilet seat cover was too small for the bowl in room 117. Not a pleasant feeling when using the bathroom. The elevator was out of service too. My room was originally on the 2nd floor but asked if I would rather be on the 1st floor which I took. I did bring the staff person to show her the toilet cover in the morning. She agreed with me & would check other rooms, very nice individual.

i have never been to a hotel that has been so clean, from the moment you walk in and to your room it was pretty astonishing. the staff members were all very nice and welcoming. The hotel probably had one of the best and cleanest continental breakfast Ive ever had as well. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to others.

The only downfall was the bed was not the most comfortable for my husband and I; however, my daughter never had one complaint about the pull out sofa and usually she does.
