My daughter was graduating from college. I drove over 2 hours with my mother that is limited. I tried to check in and the person at the front desk stated my card had expired. I explained to him. I booked the room over a year ago. I picked the pay at the hotel option so I’m confused as to know why it would even be know about my card. The man behind the counter wasn’t friendly nor did he care. Not sure why couldn’t have been called. I could have easily given my credit card information over the phone. He didn’t care and all I left with was disappointment and nowhere to stay with my mom.

Bed was comfy, the dishes were clean this time and tv actually worked, last time it was broken
Negatives:
Check in took a long time due to only 1 staff and the system was slow. My card that I reserved the room was supposedly declined twice even though it worked for every purchase beside the check in so I had to use another account not budgeted for. Breakfast was lacking. There was gravy but no biscuits, no butter or clean cups. Usually a good hotel but not this time
