Location is just outside of town activity and right off the tollway. Convenient but more quiet. The price was exactly what we needed as we had an extended stay due to a family death.

No elevator, and the pillows are horrible. Breakfast wasn't much but that was ok until our last day when there wasn't any coffee. My husband made it and filled both pots because the desk person was gone and office was gated off

The check in guy was super nice. I bookeded the hotel because it had 3 beds in one room and because of the pool.

The pool area was highly disappointing. A little paint and new furniture goes a long way. The pool area felt dated and prison like. We only stayed in the room for 10 minutes. It's such a dingy, depressing area.

Jetted tub was just what we wanted. Pet friendly with a low fee price! Staff was very responsive if we needed something.

The hotel room was clean.

Staff had to unlock the pool for us to use it and its locked all the time. Makes it hard to enjoy when you have to wait for it to be unlocked. There were no towels in the pool area the worker said he would bring us some and he didn't. Went to the counter to ask and there was a lady behind the counter she looked at my husband and walked away we never got a towel had to walk back to the room dripping wet.and the pool was cold. At breakfast the cereal was stale and they didn't have any decafe coffee . The waffles thay had are not supposed to be unthawed. The toster doesn't get them hot.
