When everything was wrong in my first room, no locks, broken door, the room smelled, the management stepped up and gave me an upgraded room for my 3 night stay.

Only one towel piece in the bathroom and not much of a towel like that, and had to go ask for a blanket and there was no privacy with queen beds. The sink was in the bedroom.

It was not safe door had a broken lock and the guy said he fix it tomorrow
