The matress was so uncofomtoable, the water in toliet would not fill up and you could not flush tolite, The staff was rude and the room was run down and nasty

The staff at check in was rude!! I notified extended stay that I would require a late check in. However when we arrived the woman that checked us in stated that they do not do late check ins and I would probly not be able to stay at the hotel... AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. The bed was soo hard I literally barely slept for 3 days.
