Rude staff, lied and did not abide by hotel conduct when it comes to supplying guests with manager contact info when requested. Dirty rooms, accused me of breaking furniture and said I will be billed! Recorded it all and contacted manager with no response

The rooms was dirty they overbooked so they gave me a unclean 1 bedroom when I needed two beds its homeless people occupied in the whole building one of the guys said racist things to the people waiting in line the hotel was dirty and unprofessional staff she never refunded me like she said for the room.

I love the location. Would like to see the grounds cleaned up more. Guests do not always pick up after themselves. Card keys do not work 100%. Love the pond and the bird varieties.
