Positives: The location had restaurants nearby, a mall and freeway near by to access Chicago.
Negatives: The hotel room was dusty, smelled like urine and mold, holes in walls, Homeless man loitering. I did not feel safe there, staff was combative and confrontational when confronted about the situations of the room. I had to leave to get another hotel.

Negatives: Yes! When a hotel says they are smoke free I expect the room not to smell like nasty old buds. It's sad I couldn't even cancel the reservation or I'd lose what I paid for. So do not advertise you have a smoke free environment when clearly you DO NOT!
