The bed was comfy and the water was hot. The staff was friendly. Location is great but the place needs some major maintenance and upkeep.
Negatives:
Asked for shampoo as we did not get any at check in and they gave us USED bottles from other rooms. The smell was absolutely disgusting and the towels were ripped and falling apart.

Front desk- clerk was in a dirty shirt no shoes while a girl behind the counter was playing on a virtual reality headset. Room had hair from previous people, bed looked dirty, had one towel in the room.

What I expected from booking, rooms look a little dated, but no bugs or crazy stains.
Negatives:
First room we were in had bed bugs. I was put into a handicap room after that because my husband is handicap. We had to leave the room and hotel because the handicap room had black mold on the shower chair.
