Stayed there to attend a concert that night. I did not plan well for my travels, which is solely on me, so this was the closest available hotel to stay.
Negatives:
There was an odor in the room that smelled as if there was recently wet carpet that didn't dry fully and left at mildewy odor. Almost like a room that has been unoccupied and needed to be aired out. The entire part of the 5th floor where I was smelled like that. I don't know if it was coming from the work being done on the elevator, but it was stronger in the hallway than my room. I figured since I wasn't going to be there that long I sprayed some room freshener and that was that.

They were out of towels. Hotel was very busy and we were told there were no extra towels due to kids taking them to the pool and they didn’t have housekeeping to wash them. We only had 3 towels in our room but had 4 people that needed to shower

My complaint isn't about the facility features itself.
My young daughter and I arrived around 7:30pm to check in for the weekend for a Dance Competition. After giving my card to the front desk. Unfortunately finding out my card had been hacked and I did not have the funds in the account. However I did have the amount needed for my room in cash. I was told there was nothing they could do even if I paid them the full amount in cash right then and there. It had to be a card. I stated that we live 2 hours away. They still said it didn't matter. Thank goodness another dance mom and her daughters came in and put my room on their card as we would have had no where to stay.
It's really too bad things have gotten to where a credit card is everything. Even in unexpected situations.
