Positives:
I liked the location, the breakfast was decent and the room was nicely decorated. Some of the staff were nice (especially the night staff) but some were rude when asking for assistance.

I didn't like having my bank account charged for my visit before arriving. I didn't like having to argue with the staff for over a week to refund my account because I was charged double. When I checked in they said they refunded me (nope) When I checked out they said they refunded me (nope). After calling several times, nothing was done for over a week. Nor getting an apology for being charged two times. They were quick to charge me twice but taking 10 days to get a refund is ridiculous and arguing that I didn't pay it twice was annoying. I didn't like how loud the other patrons were while we were staying (a middle school track time with kids climbing out of the windows) and a bunch of other dance families. It was hard to sleep when we were there. When we checked in with 4 people we only had two large towels. We had to ask multiple times to get more towels as clearly 2 towels wasn't enough.

Reservation was for a King bed, got 2 queens. When asked front desk, response was they were shorted 1 room(?). No discount for room change. ,

Hotel and room were very clean and I was relieved and surprised that there was no road noise since the hotel is situated between some major highways and roads. Covenant access to other services in the area.
Negatives:
Our room had a peculiar synthetic odor...I'm not sure if this came from the carpet or another unknown source.

My favorite hotel when visiting Peoria! Love the special coffees available 24/7 in the lobby; great breakfast, items are fresh and plentiful; very quiet, in spite of how busy it was; seem to have plenty of staff, all cheerful and hard-working.
Negatives:
Carpet in the rooms could use a good shampooing.

Positives:
Breakfast had lots of options, both hot and cold - healthy and not.
Negatives:
Room was disappointing in MANY ways. Grease stains on headboard, small items like chap stick and airline bottles of booze littered in room from previous guests. MOLDY ice bucket, pull-out couch with disgusting mattress that needed replaced a year ago with course hairs throughout the 'clean' sheets. All white linens had stains to varying degrees.

I'm sorry but having a hotel that doesn't accept cash is the dumbest idea ever. I do not care WHO made this decision, it is NOT ok.
A "Cashless Society" is the perfect storm for failure.
Resturants and hotels that are doing this blindly and by order of their owners and their big $ friends who rule this Government. You know it, and I know it.
The FIAT Currency will collapse soon and we'll get another form of currency (Rainbow Note), NOT Digital currency as this will lead to 100% control over EVERYONES money, including Best Western.
That will equal to : GAME OVER.

The room was nice and for the most part clean.
Negatives:
The elevator would not open when going up from the ground floor. You have to wait for it to go to the second floor, then the third floor, next to the fourth floor then you could go back down to whatever floor you needed. It is very inconvenient, especially since the hotel was near full capacity during our stay. Also, we found several hairs in the room not belonging to neither my wife nor myself, around the sink areas.
