Very run down. Peeling wallpaper in the bedroom. Loose floor tiles in the bathroom. Old, worn carpeting throughout the hotel. Dated furnishings. We won't stay here again.

The best part was the breakfast.

Hotel is in need of an update badly. Our room had a door to adjoin to another. I had the door locked but the person on the other side kept trying to unlock and open. Didnt feel very safe. I would not stay here again.

The waffles were good but I got a little sick after eating the sausages.

The customer service was terrible! I was double charged for the room, promised it would be fixed, they didn't fix it. When checking out they said sometimes you just lose money. I advised someone needs to fix it and asked for a call. They never called me. A few days later I followed up. After making several calls I finally got to a manager who fixed the mistake. She was the first genuinely helpful person but it took a lot more pestering and persistence to get their mistakes corrected, and the lack of follow up was disturbing. The rooms also felt somewhat unclean and run down. It was ok but it didn't feel great. It's also next to a casino where you could hear loud people outside screaming at 4 AM.

When I Book the room it said there was a microwave and a refrigerator. That's why I paid extra for the suit . There was no microwave and no refrigerator and I only get to spend one weekend out of a month with my granddaughter and it needs to be clean and have basic Necessities. This ROOM WAS NOT. I brought home cooked food. I was not happy. I will NOT return.

Dirty, not Accommodating. Rude staff. Rooms are very small. I could have stayed next door at a casino motel for half the price. False advertising on the amenities in each room. It was a horrible stay.

Location is perfect for Peoria and surrounding area, parking was plentiful, facilities clean.
Negatives:
One of two elevators was broken, broken ice machines on several floors, difficult to use shower.

Stay was OK, but can't recommend until they fix the machinery.
Positives:
The front desk staff were pleasant. We also appreciated the ample selection featured for the complementary breakfast. The lobby and breakfast area were kept clean.
Negatives:
This was our second stay in a six week span - the elevator that had been out of service the first stay was still out of order. The cleanliness of our room was marginal. The light fixture over the bathroom sink was burned out.

Breakfast was good and there was a woman at the desk in the evening that was wonderful.
Negatives:
Being in the parking lot of the casino, but it was fine and we were a close enough drive to the places we needed to be so that was good.
