I would recommend the Effingham...
Positives:
I liked the beds and the breakfast was the best part of the stay. It was easy to get to off the interstate.
Negatives:
The pool was closed which them having a pool with lift was the only reason we came so that was very disappointing. The room was supposed to be mobility accessible but had a normal tub just with a fold down seat that made the water run everywhere and the tub didn't drain right. My mom said her blankets smelled musty. They don't have as many extras/toppings out at breakfast as the pictures lead you to believe.

They did NOT changes the sheets from the previous guests!!!! We were about to lay down, about to pull back the blanket/ sheets and my friend noticed there was a spot of BLOOD/BOOGER SOMETHING ON THE DAMN SHEETS right by the pillows!!! Then there was another stain/ unknown substance/bloody/booger on the top of the blanket down at the foot of the bed!!
