Positives: Details make a difference. Our room was awesome, but I especially took note of the detailing on the doors, the Dove brand soaps provided, and the bedding was so comfortable. Little details, but made the room exceptional.
Negatives: The only thing we had issue with was the staff attitude when checking in. Not that they were mean, but some additional explanation as to why you need my card if ice already paid for the room and a friendly smile would have been nice.
