Positives: Location was great and the staff were fast and nice. The shuttle to the airport was a great addition!
Negatives: The lights in the bathroom were motion sensor and didn’t turn off in the middle of the night for a while. The light switch in the room didn’t turn anything on. The bathroom was dirty (not like it wasn’t attempted to be cleaned dirty, just needs a lot of work) and the towels weren’t even remotely soft. The chair had a hole in and there was no mention of a conjoining room door in the booking which I would have never agreed to had I known. It was a tad concerning that there was a security guard in the lobby, but not a big deal.
Great location, great price, nice...
Positives: The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Negatives: We had asked for a shuttle from airport at time of booking and it was confirmed. Then when we were waiting for the shuttle they said they were done for the day. Also did not like that the bathroom fan is set to turn on with a sensor, was very disruptive in the night.
Positives: Staff was really nice. Airport shuttle extremely useful.
Negatives: Bathroom had bugs. Breakfast did not have many choices. Swimming pool was closed.
Positives: The breakfast was very limited, but there was some stuff. Cereal, bagels, waffles, juice and coffee.
Negatives: The breakfast was limited, and you had to get there early to get anything. The cleanliness of the room was ok, the carpet felt dirty. There weren't any hooks to hang towels to dry.

Negatives: Room was stuffy and a bit stale
Positives: I stayed in a different room. Was very nice. Queen bed. Big desk area with room fort computer and papers.
Negatives: Everything good, microwave wasn't plugged in prior to my visit, so I requested maintenance assistance, they fixed it asap.
