where to start? checkin took 45 minutes. the front desk was barely understandable cause of his accent. the room was rundown. there was food between the bed and end table. felt like I was in the hood.

I missed my connection flight and I had to stay in Chicago one night. The location and staff from this hotel was great.
Negatives:
Apparently, this hotel is being used for refugees and during the night you could hear people talking loud in the hallways. Also, during the breakfast they will take most of the food (take away), and there was a careless guy arguing on the phone really loud.

Everything all good, except for incident where my toilet wasn't flushing. Maintenance came right away to fix.
