Positives:
It was next door to the Elmurst Hospital and didn't cost a fortune.
Negatives:
The carpet was kind of dirty, the ceiling had been inappropriately patched from water damage. Smelled like marijuana in the hallways. Neighbors slamming the door every hour or two until the manager threw them out.
Positives:
The property was nice. I stood five days the room was clean each day. Plenty of towels I like that they were a restaurant and an indoor pool that staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel and I will stay again on my next visit.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was a little older like the carpets and doors were hard to open. Don't know why we had a hard time with opening the door...repeatedly. Otherwise it suited our needs for the night.

No protocol to advise guests seeking to extend they will be surrounded by a group booking & may face disruptions. Should've given me a choice to change rooms up front.Slamming doors&loud voices.They bullied me.Complaints to front desk 1am-4:30am not fix

The staff that checked us on were patient and personable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

I didn't like the fact that they did not offer complimenrty coffee.
The food in the cafe was processed frozen food and pricey.
I didn't like the fact that i paid for a a King Suite and since it wasnt one available on the first floor I took a Regular King and was not refunded the difference after pointing out the situation.
I didnt like the fact that I smelled Marijuana through the hallway my entire stay
And yhere was not an elevator in the building
