Positives: Very clean! Updated rooms that were beautiful. Beautiful hotel overall very well kept. Definitely met all of my expectations for a Hilton stay.
Negatives: Breakfast was expensive and not very good. I had biscui5s and gravy and the biscuits were obviously reheated. I feel Breakfast should be included in the price for the stay.

Positives: Proximity to restaurants and Northwestern. Very reasonable rates. Was able to get adjoining room with sons. Wish breakfast was included but had such a low rate could eat out easily

Positives: The polite gentleman who replaced my iron and my ironing board.
Negatives: 1. Exterior of hotel surrounded by customers frequenting the weed shop in the building. 2. No resturant 3. Chairs in guest room covered in faded smelly fabric. Should replace or upholster in vinyl. Easy to wipe down. 4. Towels are worn out.

Negatives: We were told on phone by the hotel prior booking online that there is a $150 pet deposit but it is refundable. But at the end we were told the deposit is not refundable! We stayed for 4 nights, a $38/night on a hypoallergenic mini dog is ridiculous!
