The light setting in the bathroom is very user friendly and environmentally friendly. The pantry section is also well-equipped with sufficient cooking utensils and microwave. The air conditioning was also spot on! Staffs were nice and patient. Free laundry!!
Negatives:
Open Pantry causes the room to smell, maybe requires more air ventilations for the pantry.

The manager on staff at arrival, Patrick, was the same manager Id spoken with about adjusting my booking the day before. He was absolutely the best help before we’d even arrived! He was such a big help and all around one of the greatest people to have at the face of the company. The next morning of our stay I also had a great help with breakfast accommodations for my little people. The staff here is great!

Positives:
Room was comfortable. Nice couch area next to the kitchen area. Shower was huge, bed was comfortable. We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the Chicago skyline. Breakfast was fantastic, best free hotel breakfast we've ever had! So many shops and restaurants all around the area and train was about 3 blocks away.
Negatives:
Shower gel dispenser was empty.
