We were there the night before the eclipse so we knew they would be very busy. They had the breakfast well stocked.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable! Both of us woke up with back and hip pain. The mattress needs to be changed. We were in room 224.

They only had one staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet. So when we went in for breakfast, they were out of most everything and we had to wait a very long time.. the ground and the tables were sticky and there and there was a mess everywhere! I

I honestly didn't find this hotel very pleasing.

They didn't give me the room I reserved. I reserved a two queen bed suite, they gave me a king bed with a hide a bed couch. Never offered any compensation for the inconvenience. My back has hurt since. Broken elevator, broken ice machine, etc.

Nothing! Staff wasn't prepared for our visit! First room wasn't cleaned, second room had an odor. Ceiling looked like there was mold above the bed - no pot for coffee - something was ripped off shower stall - finish was ruined on the desk - much much more

The elevator and the ice machines were broken there was a spider on the toilet seat. No shower curtain in the room. lots of stains on the carpet in the room. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night

The beds were comfortable, the staff was nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and roomy

Couldve had more selection for breakfast. The sheets needed washed better and there was what looked like blood on one of the curtains. And behind the bed side table needs cleaned badly, lots of dust and dirt behind some things. Just overall the room can be cleaned better.
