We were there the night before the eclipse so we knew they would be very busy. They had the breakfast well stocked.
Negatives:
The bed was extremely uncomfortable! Both of us woke up with back and hip pain. The mattress needs to be changed. We were in room 224.

The breakfast was disappointing. The tables weren't clean, they kept running out of different food items, and the wait for those items was very long because the staff member was running the breakfast and the front desk.

The rooms were pretty clean.

They only had one staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet. So when we went in for breakfast, they were out of most everything and we had to wait a very long time.. the ground and the tables were sticky and there and there was a mess everywhere! I

There wasn’t enough food for the guests at the hotel to eat. We all stood around for over an hour waiting for more food to be put out so we could eat breakfast. I also didn’t like the pool was unavailable but they didn’t update that on their website to warn people before we pay.

Friendly, courteous staff. Very good breakfast. Convienent location. Clean room.
Negatives:
1 light fixture in the bathroom did not work and it's cover was off. Other light fixture in bathroom sputtered. The tub needs better slip protection on the bottom. At least one of the control dials in the tub was broken off entirely and needs to be replaced.
