The staff are always wonderful and the room and bed are clean and comfortable. But not having wifi and not being able to access netflix or you tube made entrainment very limited or non existent.

Never got to stay at this hotel because an incorrect date was sent from booking.com to this accomadation. When trying to get a refund for a pre-purchased reservation, the front-desk / General Manager Patel initially agreed to the refund, but when the booking.com agent told him how to do it through his CC portal, he refused as it was too much work. So, I was 6.5 hours away, and unable to travel on that date to this site. I never stayed, they never refunded, and they stole my $132. I already filed a claim with Visa to dispute the lack of service by Radisson in Fairview Heights, Illinois. Good luck.
