Everything. Holes in the walls. Toilet didn’t work, Continental breakfast was insufficient, nonsmoking room that smelled like smoke, reservation was for a king but checkin staff said none were available, and more disappointment.

The room was terrible soon when we walked in the room it was like an animal been living in the room it's smell just like dogs been in the room awful me and my husband both have bad allergies didn't sleep well at all went and told the manager and he told me what do you want me to do what do you think smh dog hair was every where oh And the bathroom toilet felt like it was sinking through the floor never again...

It was an awful experience. And I would never stay again. We reserved a room, and once we arrived, we decided not to stay, but the receptionist told us that we would be charged whether we stayed or we did not stay.

We did not like anything. The parking lot was horrible, disgusting and dirty. The lobby was disgusting and dirty and our room was disgusting and dirty and did not work properly.
