It was a last resort...
Positives:
Location and that’s all. This hotel should be removed immediately from booking.com. Found out that there was a murder there in November. But right after we checked in we were sent to the room. The room was very outdated, nasty, and there were bedbugs. We immediately went back to the front desk and asked for a refund. No!!!! I would not stay there if it was free. I’d rather sleep in my truck.

Exceptional service.
Positives:
Bed was comfortable, had hair dryer and iron in room, big TV, lots of lamps.
Negatives:
Room wasn't quite clean as there were gummy bears around the bed, freezer was full of frost, sink was slow to drain, toilet seat was cracked. Disappointed because my last stay at this establishment was excellent. Hopefully it was just an off day
