Negatives:
It's generally run down. The bathroom had no sink - that was outside in the main room. The mattress was not flat. The heat was loud. The main hallway felt like it had worn wooden boards underneath, like it wasn't structurally sound. The exterior had unplugged vending machines and brickwork in need of tuckpointing.

It was close to our final destination. The manager was very kind to get us into the kind of room we actually wanted.

The facility is old and worn. The room lacked a comfortable chair to relax in. The breakfast was meager and all packaged. Several appliances were not working. What was supposed to be hot water was lukewarm.

Coffee was finished by 8am and there was no one at the front desk when I needed more Coffee I called the number they put on a sign ant it took to voice mail. The room had a very strong odor and and the bathroom shower drain backed up every time I was talking shower. It was so unsanitary and uncomfortable after driving for 8 hrs and didn't get a good night sleep

The bath tub was filthy, the room stank of smoke and weed, it was freezing and just overall not clean. I had accidentally booked an extra room and I called within 5 minutes to cancel it and they refused. Very irritated. The guy struggled with English
