There was not the typical place to hang up clothes. i had to hang my clothes on the towel rack in the bathroom very unusual/2 the heating system took a long time to get up to temperature... i was very chilled the 1st two hours before it worked.

The staff was MORE than accommodating and just nice people. They went out of their way for me when they didn't have to which was just so kind. I really liked staying here after I had a disastrous 2 nights at a different hotel the nights prior. I will gladly stay here again. Great hotel and great staff. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option.

Date was changed through system and I couldnt get it changed to the correct date. I lost money

Room 202 reeked of mildew; upon opening a window the entire upper window sill had water damage, mildew, and was rotting. I asked to be switched to another room and I was, but the toilet in the second room ran constantly and I had to firmly pull the handle up to get it to stop flushing over and over.
The entry rugs were filthy, the doors, walls, and furniture were extremely dirty, and there was a strong smell of curry or other spicy food being cooked somewhere in the hotel.
The evening front desk attendant was wearing sweatpants and sandals, and was out smoking in his car facing the front desk; he would get out of the car and walk in when he saw someone at the desk. When he returned to the car he had his bare feet out the window. I came and went several times the evening I was there, and each time he was sitting in his car on his phone.
The maintenance (?) person was wearing pajama pants and came in from outside the hotel saying he was staying inside all day because it was too muggy to work outside.
The security doors were always open. When I asked for a Do Not Disturb tag for my door I was told they were out of them.

Same breakfast every day. Run out of coffee all the time. No fruit at breakfast. Person who was to be at desk in car in parking lot asleep husband had to go ane wake up for service. Romm only cleaned once in 6 days. Exterior guest door which was supposed to stay locked was broken and unlocked whole time. Worried about security. Had to go to front office for clean towels never came to room. Internet off and on. Was an awful experience will never stay at a Ramada again!!!!!!!!
