The breakfast was not up to standards. we got down to breakfast at 8:45 and there was no hot food & the coffee pot was empty. there was no attendant on sight even walking around to see if anyone needed anything.

Positives:
I would give 5-Star rating to attentive staff. Always made sure my accommodations were satisfactory. Even though my room had heater problem, they were able to move me to a different room. They provide you with plenty of towels and if you need more, just let them know.
Negatives:
It doesn’t have signs that it has some negligence. For facilities I would give them a 3-Star rating.

The hotel has lots of lifeless live in guests. Witnessed drug use and was harassed by a live in addict. The hotel at times wreaked of marijuana smoke, it is a nonsmoking facility.
The staff and cleanliness of inside the facility made up for the people living there.

TV was way to small for a double bed room couldn't see what you were watching. Very unhappy with that and for what I paid for. Pool was out of order. The entire stay. We have stayed there before and TV was bigger than a 32 inch.

Room was dirty looks like no one vacuumed bed was poorly made there was atleast 50+ beetle bugs on the ceiling and a gather of them in the corner by the jacuzzi and a spider dwn in the left corner of the hot tub w babies and dusting is a must go back in and run your fingers over the head bored and picture frames and higher dusting big cob webs

Breakfast the first day was great -- sausages, eggs, waffles, etc. Bed was right firmness and pillows were abundant.
Negatives:
Person who checked me in was more interested in chatting with her friends than completing my check-in. Pool was nasty. I was across from stairs on second floor and there was lots of congregating outside my room; some people were smoking marijuana so I had to walk through that to get to room. Location is not ideal and signs on how to get into road to hotel is not marked so easy to miss, especially at night. Breakfast on second day was awful -- congealed gravy that smelled burnt and hard biscuits.
