Elevator was out of order for a while and had use stairs to get to our room. Bed was not comfortable very firm not soft and plush compared to my previous stay.

The management and staff were professional and great.
Negatives:
There was only one working elevator. The bathroom had some mold on the bottom of handrail and the plumbing was not good. The bathtub hardly drained (the drain had hair down in it) and there was a big hole in wall where the toilet plumbing went through. the hotel needed upgrades. Very old carpeting.

House keeping didnt come as they were supposed to and it took me awhile to get towels and a pillow. The only chair in

My stay was restful. All staff were friendly. Our room was clean and neat. My grandkids who I came to visit, enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was friendly.

Not big deal, but the elevator was slooow!
