Toilet dirty on arrival. Toilet always running water. Shower faucet not working well. Veneer peeling on doors. Drywall in bad shape.Room entry door hard to close and lock. Very minimal breakfast.

Our desk person was great....

The desk clerk Pat was exceptional, she went above and beyond her normal duties to make our checking easy. I had just checked out of the emergency room in Des Moines, IA., and running late. She keep our room, even though we were so late arriving.

Not enough lighting in the room. We like to read before sleep, but the lights were too dim.
And there was hair is the bathtub drain.

Handicap shower put water on entire bathroom floor even though there was a drain in shower and outside shower. No Handicap person could have gotten out of shower safely. It took me 30 minutes after my shower to soak up all the water on the floor.
