Clean. Also mattress was very comfortable.
Negatives:
TV was blaring when I was eating breakfast in the dining area. No TV, or at least muted TV would be better. If you have to have the TV on, I suggest something neutral, like the weather or sports, not one of the Cable News channels.

Cleanliness. The beds were impeccable and they really go above and beyond to maintain the hotel clean. Ive stayed at some of the other hotels in Galesburg and they dont compare.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. Chrystal, who ran the breakfast area, was delightful! She chatted easily with guests and made sure they enjoyed breakfast. She kept the food stocked and the area immaculate.

Extremely clean. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good. Exercise room has up to date equipment and good selection of free weights. I love love love the built-in bench along the side of the room for suitcases and the hooks to hang jackets and additional smaller bags, etc. It seems every hotel we frequent has just one folding luggage rack and we have to figure out a "non-floor" location for the other suitcase because most hotels don't have extra racks laying around. We don't leave items of any kind on the floor except shoes in case there are any infestation issues. It was also great that there was hard flooring at the entrance where we could leave our shoes.
