Clean. Also mattress was very comfortable.

TV was blaring when I was eating breakfast in the dining area. No TV, or at least muted TV would be better. If you have to have the TV on, I suggest something neutral, like the weather or sports, not one of the Cable News channels.

Friendly stay in Galesburg

The property is awesome I have had good stays in the past. The amenities as well as the rooms and location are awesome.
Negatives:
The fact that I got charged $186 for what I considered an emergency booking because of weather, and the weather changed about 8-10 hours before or so I did not need to use the hotel room. But because, the cancellation date was the day before by 4PM (something I missed in the fine print, (I noticed the “Free Cancellation “ part of the booking, but didn’t notice the cancellation by 4pm ‘the day BEFORE’. The key words being the day before by 4pm. I was not allowed to cancel the reservation. At this point, I hope you choke on my minuscule amount of money to you (not so much to me!) Apparently you are now a charity and freely take donations for “ SERVICES NOT RENDERED” , but I’m sure your company will revert to the Legal Jargon.
Customers be damned.
This will probably deter my stay at your business in the future. It’s unfortunate because I believe that you offer a superior product.
