The fact I still got charged for the room even though I was told I would get a refund and the room was canceled due to the pool not working. I was in IL saying goodbye to my dad who has cancer and passed on Sunday.

Nothing. Old, dirty, smelly and the heat would not go off 80 degrees. The front desk would not move us. Had to pay $29 incidents fee and they charged my card $104. The girl at the desk knew nothing
