Not able to use the pool. Cannot use the elevator going down but functioning going up. Had to use the stairs. The side door is hard to open. Room looks old. Needs some renovating. They need to upgrade for sure.

The extremely strong air freshener scent. It consumed the entire third floor even in our room. It smelt like Christmas stores. Very strong and gave me a headache and caused my husband to wheeze and need his inhaler. The bathroom was not very clean.

The location was close to the event we attended nearby.
Negatives:
In the middle of the night, water came pouring in through the ceiling into our room. The manager "claimed" that it was from an ice machine on the floor above, but I think it was sewer water. We had to evacuate the hotel with our two small children at 3 am. We were told there were no other rooms available. And we were also told that we would receive a FULL refund, but it has been a few weeks and we haven't received the refund yet. Do not go to this place. Lots of repair work is needed here.

I like the breakfast how comfortable the beds were and that we had to own little private area really enjoyed it

I like everything about it although the cold tub and the pool area was kind of freezing but it's because it's like winter I'm assuming my husband on the other hand wasn't too happy about the fact that there wasn't a hot tub I guess it's just cuz he didn't read it

I paid for the room in advance. Wasn't told there would be an additional $50 ($100 if paid in cash) hold fee to be paid at check in. Had to ask for towels to be changed out because housekeeping didn't come till day 4. Only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor. No drinks in any of the vending machines so you had to pay $3 for a soda at front desk if you couldn't go to a store.

I like the way the way that the employees treat you when you stay there. They are very friendly and serviceable

What I didn’t like was that the people that was staying next door was very loud all night and I couldn’t sleep at all then they were quiet around 5:30am when I just couldn’t handle it anymore and left the hotel.
