Was not able to get one of our 3 rooms to have two beds, but was told to come to the desk the next day. We did so, at ~5:00 PM after being at a family funeral all day. Was told then, that we needed to do so in the morning, and they were sold out. grrrrr

We were very surprised to have a Wednesday happy hour with very good food for guests. We were exhausted upon arrival & the food just was so right. We didn't have to go out to find any. Kudos.

hotel seemed a bit behind on up keep esp. halls . my sofa had a ripped cushion and mattress didn't fit frame of bed so when you sat on foot of bed you fell off as it was longer than the bed frame .

Great service! Transportation from and to train station and even to pick up take out food. Great breakfast! Accommodated my schedule allowing me to check out later and stay in the great room until I needed to go to the train station.

There is a major trip hazard where 2 perpendicular sidewalks meet near Patriot Drive. Approx. 1-1/2" height difference, where I first stumbled, then tripped, breaking my fall with wrists & knees, then my chin. I have a slight whiplash, but I'll not file a claim. However, before someone is seriously injured, this trip hazard needs to be repaired. Also, I would have preferred a little firmer mattress. (Room 104)
